TRISHA MORELAND

My name is Trish Moreland, I am a Utah native, originally born and raised in Ogden, and have lived around the Salt Lake valley for 20 + years. In 2014 I graduated from Full Sail University, with a Bachelors of Science in Internet Marketing. I have received many achievement awards in several areas such as, writing and communication, business ethics, and management just to name a few. Being a graduate, and involved in the marketing world, I fully understand the importance of solid, honest, marketing tactics and campaigns. I have also worked in the music industry for almost two decades, so I am a custom to face-to-face communication skills, quick problem solving skills, and overall hospitality of clients, musicians, and concert attendees alike.
I began my Real Estate venture in early 2015, working as a Transaction Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. I decided to obtain my license and become a full time Realtor to assist clients in making their home ,buying or selling, dreams come true. I have experience in contract procedures, client deadlines, and the overall step-by-step process of a listing or buying transaction. I am known to be very detail oriented, and I am committed to my clients and team members. I love to have fun while interacting in the Real Estate industry. Rather it is with other agents or my clients, I like to keep the energy uplifting and bright no matter what the situation may be. My husband Jeremy and I, have a 15 year-old son a new daughter, and a goofball of a pup. I know the importance of family, and the safety and comfort that a home should bring. I strive to make sure my client’s wants and needs are met. For me, it is much more than just buying, or selling a house, it is much more than just making deals happen. For me it is about making dreams come true for my clients, it is about providing exceptional, honest service, and it is being able to assist in creating amazing memories and friendships that will last a life time.
