WHO WE ARE...

Founded in 2019 by Matt Wells, UNiTY Group Real Estate is an award winning independent real estate brokerage built with three main goals in mind; to be different, to do things differently, and to bring needed change to the real estate industry. Matt wanted to create a flat-fee based brokerage where support and individualized training and mentoring was top priority. Where agents, such as yourself, could get the help they need, when they need it, while never having to pay an extra fee for it, and never have to wait days or even hours for a broker to have to get back to them. Matt wanted to build a brokerage where service to agents, their clients, and the community was always top priority. Where agents could come and be themselves, work as themselves, and not have to take on a real estate agent alter-ego in order to succeed. We believe he has done just that. We believe that YOU deserve that.
